These pages apply specifically to the private QuickBooks integration. They do not replace the store’s broader sales, refund or privacy policies.
Blendin Store Quotes is operated by Blendin Creative LLC for its internal quote preparation. It connects Blendin’s store quote requests with its authorized QuickBooks Online company.
Use is limited to the authorized Blendin account owner. Connecting QuickBooks requires permission to access that company’s accounting data. Credentials must not be shared with unauthorized people.
The integration reads relevant product, customer and estimate records and creates customer records and unsent estimates from received quote requests. Product specifications and uploaded artwork filenames appear in estimate descriptions. The owner must review product choices, quantities, prices, shipping and tax before sending any estimate or invoice. A quote request is not a paid order.
This integration does not automatically send estimates or invoices, collect payment, or place supplier orders. Estimates can be incomplete or delayed if product mapping, authorization or service availability requires attention. The owner is responsible for reviewing processing status and resolving errors before relying on an estimate.
The owner may disconnect QuickBooks from the private connection page. Disconnecting revokes the connection and removes its stored authorization credentials. It does not delete existing QuickBooks records or previously received quote requests.
