Shop privacy policy

This policy explains how Blendin Creative LLC uses information provided through our print and design shop at blendincreative.com. For questions or privacy requests, email info@blendincreative.com.

Information you provide

How we use it

We use these details to prepare quotes, review artwork, confirm shipping and prices, communicate with you, prepare invoices and fulfill approved work. A quote request is not a paid order. Prices and shipping are reviewed before we send a QuickBooks invoice.

Quote details and artwork filenames are included in internal notifications to Blendin. Artwork downloads require authorized access. Uploaded files may contain information about other people; only upload material you have permission to share.

Who helps provide the service

Our website uses OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare for hosting, authentication and storage, Shopify for product catalog information, and service providers for email delivery. QuickBooks processes customer and invoicing information. Our QuickBooks integration privacy notice explains the private estimate connection.

When preparing or fulfilling your work, relevant artwork, specifications and delivery details may be shared with production suppliers and shipping providers. These services may process information in different countries; we do not promise storage in a single country.

Browser storage and technical information

The shop uses browser storage and session identifiers to remember your quote cart, product selections and upload session. Technical information, including request and network information, is used to operate the site, investigate errors and limit abuse. Clearing browser storage can remove saved selections and interrupt access to uploads.

Shop chat

The automated shop guide uses approved business answers and catalog information. Your chat history stays in the current tab. An unanswered question and its product context may be saved in a private list for Blendin to review. We filter contact information and skip messages identified as personal or account-specific; please do not include personal or sensitive details in chat. Questions are not published or used to change answers automatically. The review list keeps questions for up to 90 days after their last occurrence. Network information is used in temporary, hashed abuse-limit records. Contact buttons open your email, phone or WhatsApp app; you decide whether to send a message.

Reviews and photos

Approved reviews, display names, ratings and review photos are published on the shop. Do not include private contact information or other sensitive details in a public review or photo. Contact us if you need help correcting or removing a published review.

Retention and access

We keep information as needed to handle your request, provide services, resolve issues and meet applicable recordkeeping requirements. Website quote and artwork access is time-limited; an expired link does not necessarily mean related email, accounting or production records have been deleted.

Private quote pages and artwork downloads use access controls. No website or email system can guarantee absolute security. Do not upload passwords, payment-card details or identity documents as artwork or design references.

Your choices

You can contact info@blendincreative.com to ask about access, corrections or deletion of your information. We may need to verify your identity and retain records required for existing work or applicable obligations. Provide your quote reference if you have one; please do not send sensitive identity documents unless we agree on a suitable verification method.
